Hot Water:

• 6 condensing boilers with a total capacity of 1,612 kW
• A cogeneration plant with a thermal output of 209 kW, connected to 2 buffer tanks of 2,500 L each

Cold Water:

• 3 air-cooled chillers with a total cooling capacity of 640 kW

Ventilation:

• 20 air handling units with a total air flow of 167,000 m³/h
• 723 m² of underfloor heating

Similarly, the electrical installations were designed to be efficient and minimize energy consumption, including:

• 4 high-voltage substations equipped with redundant transformers, offering a combined capacity of >5 MVA
• 2 backup generators of 500 kVA each
• CCTV installation with nearly 700 cameras (PTZ, dome, and thermal cameras)
• Access control (+/- 1,200 controlled access points)
• Control and intervention station
• Perimeter detection
• DECT system with alarm notification and localization
• Fire detection system
• ASTRID communication system
• UPS installation
• 774 solar panels with a total power output of 290.25 kWp
• Structured cabling and active switching for various security networks
